Melissa Fry has always been passionate about art and nature with barefoot mud kitchens/gardening and bright paints reflected in her earliest memories.

 

A love of art led her to receive a BEd Hons degree specialising in art from St Paul and St Mary College, Cheltenham. This led to a career as a teacher/ headteacher in both England and USA and now to her 'Star Studio' where she keeps the creativity flowing.

 

Outside the world of art Melissa is an enthusiastic gardener and jogger of the Berkshire 'Ridgeway' who appreciates the great outdoors as a balance for the busy life of an artist and illustrator..
